In our works we use only high quality materials and always check the jewelry before sending it. But different things happen and we understand what disappointment can be comprehended if something happens through no fault of yours.

Therefore, The_Fables offers a 1 year warranty!
(note, we don't offer money, but replacement or repair, if replacement is not possible due to the lack of the same product, the item will be replaced with an equivalent item in the collection on the site).

All you need to do is contact us, and ship your jewelry to our studio. In most cases we will fix or replace it for free. 

Things we don’t cover include lost or stolen jewelry, and jewelry that has been clearly mishandled
